Triwill Group, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager based in Italy to unite marketing functions into a single, high-performing execution engine.

You will own the master marketing calendar, campaign briefs, publishing standards, launch coordination, and post-launch performance reviews, while leading three specialists and staying hands-on to deliver measurable growth.

• Own master marketing calendar, briefs and launch coordination
• Lead cross-functional teams across organic, lifecycle, PR, community and paid channels
• Hands-on leadership while mentoring three specialists and shipping initiatives
• Establish scalable processes and bring external marketing activities in-house
• Coordinate with Product, Design, Business Development and Partnerships to activate opportunities
