PlanCraft is seeking its first Marketing Manager in Italy, based in Milan, to own the Italian market and translate our brand for local contractors with authentic, impact-driven campaigns.

You will work with a small local team and HQ in Hamburg, owning local activations, creator collaborations, and content across social channels. This hands-on role emphasizes events, partnerships, and storytelling to drive awareness and growth for PlanCraft in Italy.

Competenze

• Marketing experience with hands-on execution.
• Ability to balance strategy and execution in early-stage markets.
• Experience creating or coordinating content (copy, case studies, social content, campaigns).
• Strong affinity for social media: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Comfort being on camera for local content formats.
• Willingness to work hands-on with events, activations, creator collabs, and community building.
• Native-level Italian; professional English (min B2).

• Own and manage local Italy marketing activities and budget.
• Test and iterate local campaigns to build awareness, trust, and growth.
• Identify and manage Italian creators, partners, and contractors; oversee end-to-end collaborations.
• Collect customer stories and market insights for internal teams.
• Collaborate with Content, Brand, Performance, and Product to align local with global initiatives.
• Create and test Italian content across social, website, and campaigns.
• Grow Italian social channels with localized content and short-form video.
• Plan and execute local activations like events, fairs, and meetups.
