Job summary

Ares Management Corporation seeks an Analyst – Asset Management (Logistics) based in Milan to support value creation across a diversified Italian logistics portfolio. You will underwrite investments, monitor performance, and work with asset managers, finance, and third-party operators to ensure rigorous financial analysis and clear communication.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years’ experience in asset management or related fields, with strong Excel-based modelling, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in asset management, investment management, or adjacent analytical roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions, asset management, financing and exit processes across Italian assets.
• Prepare investment memoranda, underwriting models and due diligence materials for senior management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain governance, reporting and KPI tracking.
• Develop and maintain asset-level business plans, budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
