Responsibilities

• Support the CEO to refine the real estate capital structure.
• Own fundraising, reporting, and asset management.
• Drive the full lifecycle of investments, from acquisition to return distribution.
• Monitor demand trends and activate corrective actions.
• Partner with Finance on ERP, accounting, and cashflow.
