Pharming Group is seeking a Business Lead Italy to establish and grow the Italian affiliate and prepare for the July 2027 launch of an ultra-orphan therapy. The role reports to the GM Italy, Germany & Spain and will drive cross-functional execution with a strong emphasis on field leadership and stakeholder engagement.
You will lead launch readiness, develop actionable plans, and manage collaboration across Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, PV and Supply Chain to deliver
Formación
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry or related field.
- Advanced degree preferred in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy or Business.
Responsabilidades
- Lead Italy's launch readiness and translate priorities into plans.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, PV, and Supply Chain.
- Monitor performance, milestones, risks and opportunities, and report to GM Italy.
- Engage with treatment centers, healthcare stakeholders, and regional authorities.
- Foster collaboration across local, regional and global teams.
