Job summary

You will lead local market execution, lifecycle management and cross-functional launches with a focus on ophthalmology-related products. The role requires 3–5 years of pharmaceutical experience, a degree in Life Sciences or Business, and fluency in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or Commercial/Business equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/ international setting.
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global product strategies, including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market approaches.
• Manage Italian portfolio through local strategy, annual marketing plans, and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate global marketing campaigns and training for local teams.
