Amazon is seeking a dynamic ISX Regional Partner Coach for Italy to close gaps in in-store returns execution across 17,000 partner and carrier locations. You will coach partner teams, observe on-site returns processes, and drive data-driven improvements that raise the standard across the Italian network.

You will design scalable programs, translate field insights into actionable plans, and collaborate with EU teams to shape Europe-wide returns standards.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian (reading, writing, speaking).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience in operations, field ops, retail, logistics or program management.
• Ability to improve performance across large multi-site or partner networks using data to prioritize work.
• Experience coaching or influencing external partners without direct authority.

Mansioni

• Own the in-store returns experience across Italy’s partner network.
• Field coach at partner locations and train teams to Amazon standards.
• Use performance data to identify underperforming sites and prioritize improvements.
• Drive measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and readiness.
• Lead network-wide improvements: signage, replenishment, training, and returns tooling.
• Translate field learnings into scalable programs for EU-wide standards.
• Manage performance through coaching cycles and escalate issues to partners’ leadership.
• Help shape and implement the EU field team playbook for Italy.
