The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is offering an Internship in their Facility Team, where you will gain valuable experience in workplace safety, environmental compliance, and general facility management.

This opportunity involves supporting activities related to waste management and Health & Safety training, as well as cross-functional collaboration across departments. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Architecture or Engineering and skills in Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• Degree in a relevant field such as Architecture or Engineering.
• Strong interest in environmental sustainability and workplace safety.
• Familiarity with Legislative Decrees 81/08 is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.

Internship – Facility Team

The intern will join the Facility Team, reporting to the HSE Manager and facility coordinator, and will support key activities in workplace safety, environmental compliance, facility management, and general services. The role involves working closely with various departments, offering hands‑on experience and cross‑functional collaboration.

The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, providing a highly formative experience regardless of role and function.

Key Performance Areas

• Support activities related to the RENTRI portal (waste traceability);
• Help monitor waste management processes;
• Assist in coordinating maintenance activities across retail stores;
• Support facility management activities at headquarters;
• Contribute to the organization and tracking of Health & Safety training (D.Lgs. 81/08);
• Update training records and safety documentation;
• Support the digitalization and archiving of store documents.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields;
• Passion and curiosity for environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and facility management;
• Basic knowledge of Legislative Decrees 81/08;
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
