Leonardo is seeking an HR Intern to support the HR Business Partner in People Management activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment, contributing to key processes while collaborating with the HR team.

The selected candidate will work on day-to-day HR requests, recruitment needs analysis, development initiatives, and data management in SAP/Workday, in a hybrid setting at IT - Varese (Cascina Costa).

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and People Management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good command of English.

Our HR Department is looking for an HR Intern to support the HR Business Partner in People Management activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and structured HR environment, contributing to key people processes while working closely with the HR team.

Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support the HR Business Partner in People Management, with a particular focus on the following activities:

THE SELECTION PROCESS

How does the selection process work? Following the application collection phase, the CVs that best match the required qualifications will be evaluated and shortlisted. Selected candidates will take part in an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, focusing on motivation and aptitude, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the relevant Business function. At the end of the process, all candidates will receive feedback, regardless of whether the outcome is positive or negative.
