Estee Lauder Companies in Milano cerca un tirocinante Accounting & Controlling per supportare le operazioni contabili quotidiane e l'analisi di controllo di gestione. L'esperienza offrirà formazione su registrazioni contabili e gestione fornitori, in un contesto internazionale.

Il ruolo prevede attività nel dipartimento contabilità e nel controllo, creazione di report standard giornalieri, settimanali e mensili, utilizzo di strumenti di data extraction e supporto al closing mensile.

Competenze

• Laurea in Finanza, Economia o Amministrazione Aziendale.
• Spiccate capacità analitiche e attenzione ai dettagli.
• Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel.
• Proficienza in inglese.
• Conoscenze di principi contabili di base.

Mansioni

• Supporto alle operazioni contabili giornaliere e gestione delle scritture.
• Supporto al controllo di gestione, preparazione di report e chiusure mensili.

The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function.

#ELC Finance

The Role

The internship includes a comprehensive training path divided into two phases:

• Accounting Department – to acquire foundational knowledge of financial operations, journal entries, and invoice management. During this phase, you will support senior team members in: -daily accounting operations, including general ledger activities andmonth-end closure; -managing the Accounts Payable process from order to payment; -maintaining accurate financial records to ensure compliance with company policies and fiscal regulations.
• Controlling Department – to develop analytical and reporting skills, and gain a full understanding of business performance monitoring. You will support senior team members in: -preparing standard daily, weekly, and monthly reports; -using data extraction tools for operational cost control; -supporting the monthly closing process and forecasting activities.

This structure ensures a 360° on-the-job training experience in the Finance area.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance,Economics, orBusiness Administration;
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• proficiency in English;
• basic knowledge of accounting principles;
• passion and motivation for the finance and controlling field.
