The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function.

ELC Finance

The Role

The internship includes a comprehensive training path divided into two phases:

1. Accounting Department – to acquire foundational knowledge of financial operations, journal entries, and invoice management. During this phase, you will support senior team members in:
   • daily accounting operations, including general ledger activities and month-end closure;
   • managing the Accounts Payable process from order to payment;
   • maintaining accurate financial records to ensure compliance with company policies and fiscal regulations.
2. Controlling Department – to develop analytical and reporting skills, and gain a full understanding of business performance monitoring. You will support senior team members in:
   • preparing standard daily, weekly, and monthly reports;
   • using data extraction tools for operational cost control;
   • supporting the monthly closing process and forecasting activities.

This structure ensures a 360 on-the-job training experience in the Finance area.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration;
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• proficiency in English;
• basic knowledge of accounting principles;
• passion and motivation for the finance and controlling field.
