A degree in finance-related fields and strong Excel and English are required.

During this phase, you will support senior team members in:-daily accounting operations, including general ledger activities and month-end closure;-managing the Accounts Payable process from order to payment;-maintaining accurate financial records to ensure compliance with company policies and fiscal regulations.Controlling Department – to develop analytical and reporting skills, and gain a full understanding of business performance monitoring. You will support senior team members in:-preparing standard daily, weekly, and monthly reports;-using data extraction tools for operational cost control;-supporting the monthly closing process and forecasting activities.This structure ensures a 360° on-the-job training experience in the Finance area.Requirements-Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration;-strong analytical skills and attention to detail;-excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;-proficiency in English;-basic knowledge of accounting principles;-passion and motivation for the finance and controlling field.
