The program builds essential skills in financial operations, journal entries, and monthly closings, with exposure to reporting and forecasting in a multinational setting. English proficiency and strong Excel are required.

#ELC Finance

The Role

The internship includes a comprehensive training path divided into two phases:

• Accounting Department – to acquire foundational knowledge of financial operations, journal entries, and invoice management. During this phase, you will support senior team members in:
• daily accounting operations, including general ledger activities and month-end closure;
• managing the Accounts Payable process from order to payment;
• maintaining accurate financial records to ensure compliance with company policies and fiscal regulations.
• Controlling Department – to develop analytical and reporting skills, and gain a full understanding of business performance monitoring. You will support senior team members in:
• preparing standard daily, weekly, and monthly reports;
• using data extraction tools for operational cost control;
• supporting the monthly closing process and forecasting activities.

This structure ensures a 360° on-the-job training experience in the Finance area.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration;
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• proficiency in English;
• basic knowledge of accounting principles;
• passion and motivation for the finance and controlling field.
