Estée Lauder Companies is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing intern to join the team in Milan. The role offers hands‑on experience in media planning, campaign execution, and cross‑functional initiatives within a dynamic, multinational beauty house.

The intern will monitor campaigns, support post‑campaign reporting, and help coordinate special projects across channels, gaining exposure to premier brands and market insights in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team and gain hands‑on experience in media and digital marketing.

Working closely with the team, the intern will be involved in:

• Monitoring media campaigns across different platforms;
• Supporting the preparation and review of post‑campaign reports;
• Executing and scheduling marketing campaigns through major digital channels;
• Assisting in the management of special projects and cross‑functional initiatives;

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and media planning principles;
• Knowledge of the main social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube);
• Precision and attention to deadlines;
• Strong autonomy, proactivity, and problem‑solving mindset;
• Degree in Marketing, Economics or related field;
• Proficiency in Canva, Excel and PowerPoint;
