Sobha Furniture in Italy seeks an experienced HR leader to manage the end‑to‑end HR function for the Italy Design Studio and Retail operations, serving as the primary HR contact for employees and business leaders.

You will ensure compliance with Italian employment law and CCNL requirements, oversee contracts, leave, working hours, disciplinary matters, payroll, onboarding, benefits, and GDPR, and coordinate HR processes with local partners and the UAE HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience in Italy.
• Sound knowledge of Italian employment practices, CCNL and HR administration.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end HR for Italy Design Studio and Retail operations.
• Ensure compliance with Italian employment law, CCNL, contracts, leave, hours.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR lifecycle.
• Oversee HR data, GDPR compliance and reporting.
