Job summary

Sobha Furniture in Italy seeks an experienced HR leader to manage the end‑to‑end HR function for the Italy Design Studio and Retail operations, serving as the primary HR contact for employees and business leaders.

You will ensure compliance with Italian employment law and CCNL requirements, oversee contracts, leave, working hours, disciplinary matters, payroll, onboarding, benefits, and GDPR, and coordinate HR processes with local partners and the UAE HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience in Italy.
• Sound knowledge of Italian employment practices, CCNL and HR administration.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Job description

• Manage the end-to-end HR function for the Italy Design Studio and Retail operations, serving as the primary HR contact for employees and business leaders


• Ensure compliance with Italian employment law and applicable CCNL requirements, covering contracts, leave, working hours, employee relations, disciplinary matters, TFR and exits


• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, attendance, HRMS, performance management and employee lifecycle processes with local partners and the UAE HR team


• Manage INPS, INAIL and statutory HR requirements, employee data, GDPR compliance and HR reporting, ensuring accurate and confidential records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field


• 5-7 years of practical HR experience in Italy


• Sound knowledge of Italian employment practices, CCNL and HR administration


• Fluency in English and Italian
