Bose Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda for Italian operations (Arcugnano and San Martino di Lupari). You will act as trusted advisor to leadership and managers across production, R&D, and commercial, owning contracts, payroll, industrial relations and compliance for two entities.

You report to the Associate HR Director EMEA and collaborate with global HR teams to ensure a consistent people experience while localising processes for the two sites.

Competenze

• 5+ years of HR experience in Italy, with both business partnering and hands-on operations.
• Solid command of Italian labour law, payroll and industrial relations.
• Experience across more than one legal entity, or in manufacturing/production environment.

Mansioni

• Partner with the business and advise Italian leadership on organisation design and workforce planning.
• Support and coach managers on performance, absence and team development across two sites.
• Lead group-wide cycles locally: performance and salary reviews, engagement, talent reviews.
