A leading asset management firm in Italy seeks a Head of Italy to drive commercial growth and lead a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the asset management ecosystem, strong relationships within the industry, and a proven record of revenue generation. This role requires fluency in both Italian and English. The position offers a chance to influence the growth of the Italian market within a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in the Italian asset management ecosystem.
• Deep network across distributors, private banks, wealth managers, and institutional allocators.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and senior client relationship management.
• Experience leading and developing teams (ideally 5+).
• Strong understanding of distribution channels, mutual funds, private markets trends and market dynamics.

Mansioni

• Own and execute the Italian commercial strategy.
• Drive revenue growth across private banks, wealth managers, and institutional investors.
• Build and strengthen senior relationships across allocator and asset manager networks.
• Identify and shape new commercial opportunities including private markets content and events.
• Lead high-impact pitches and strategic account planning.
• Lead, mentor and develop a 10+ person cross-functional team.
• Oversee hiring, workforce planning, and talent development.
