Lavazza Group is seeking a Distribution Intern for the Italy HB & FS Distribution team at Nuvola HQ in Torino. You will learn and support daily activities in order portfolio management, claims analysis and logistic trends, while collaborating with the Distribution Team in a dynamic, international context.

You will join the Operations Department for a 6-month full-time internship starting around October/November 2026, with opportunities to practice Excel and PowerPoint and to contribute to

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Management Engineering or Economics is required.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; willing to learn.
• Fluent in Italian and English with international exposure valued.

Mansioni

• Support daily activities in Order portfolio management and logistics analysis.
• Assist in outbound coordination with shipping lines and internal stakeholders.
• Help define and improve processes/tools for efficient logistic deliveries.
• Contribute to analysis of claims, trends and key movers in distribution.

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Italy HB & FS Distribution Intern.

The job title sounds interesting right? But you may be wondering, what does a Distribution Intern actually do in Lavazza?

You’ll join of our Operations Department in Nuvola our HQ in Torino, as part of the Distribution Team.

As an intern, you’ll learn and support the team in carrying out daily activities such as Order portfolio management, Customer Claims analysis and logistic trends and key movers analysis.

Your Day-to-day Activities

• Monitor and support in outbound activities and related stakeholders: shipping companies, custom agency, internal customer service
• Supervise correct and efficient loading preparations for transport, in line with the expected volumes and company's targets
• Support in daily operational activities and related department in defining and improving processes and tools for best logistic deliveries
• Promote an innovative and proactive approach with new possible solutions, in the constant searching for improving the level of service provided
• Ensure timely interventions in case of services issue, involving all internal/external person of contacts to contribute to the more efficient resolution

Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: October/ November 2026
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
• You have a Degree in Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics or relative studies.
• You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
