Lavazza Group in Turin (Nuvola HQ) is offering a 6-month full-time Demand Planning internship. You will support the Demand Planning Manager and team to optimize sales forecast creation and the supply chain process while improving service level.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Economics, fluency in Italian and English, and strong Excel skills. You will work with a collaborative, digitally minded team and gain hands-on experience in sales analytics.

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a

Italy Demand Planning Intern.

You’ll join our Commercial Department in Nuvola, our HQ in Torino. You will support the Demand Planning Manager and team to optimize the sales forecast creation and supply chain process, whilst improving service level.

Your Activities Will Include

• Sales analysis and reporting by channel/customers/product
• Sales forecast creation and maintenance on a specific tool
• Stock level check in order to maintain an excellent customer service level without exceeding the stock level in the warehouse
• Support the sales forecast creation using business metrics and the market data

Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: October/ November 2026
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
• You have a Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Economics
• You have good Excel skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
• Strong team-working skills, with a collaborative mindset, critical thinking, and a natural curiosity for learning and continuous improvement
• You’re digitally minded and ready to give a fresh point of view and share your ideas
