Verbatim Pharma is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Director to lead growth in Italy. You will own the territory strategy, hunt new clients in pharma, biotech and life sciences, and build senior-level partnerships across CROs and biotech companies.

You will develop a strong commercial pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate with operations to deliver compelling solutions in clinical trial logistics. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Strong track record in business development and strategic sales within pharma or life sciences services.
Established network across Italian pharma and biotech markets.
Fluent in Italian and English.

Develop and execute Italy business development strategy for pharma and biotech clients.
Identify, qualify and convert new CRO/biotech opportunities.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers across Pharma & Biotech.
Lead complex sales processes from prospecting to contract close.
Expand existing accounts and identify growth opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
