Verbatim Pharma is seeking a results-driven Business Development Director for Italy. You will own the commercial strategy, hunt new clients in pharma and biotech, and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across the industry.

Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract close, expand existing accounts, and represent the company at events. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a strong logistics/clinical supply chain background.

• Proven track record in business development and strategic sales within pharma, biotech or clinical supply chain services.
• Established network across the Italian pharmaceutical and biotech markets.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
