Viking EMEA is seeking a Local Technical Support Engineer to act as the technical expert for the Italian market. You will build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and provide design-focused technical support to influence purchasing decisions.

You will train contractors and end-users while promoting Viking products at seminars and through exhibitions. The role includes close collaboration with the Italian Sales and Customer Service teams, with occasional travel within Italy and

Competenze

• Background in technical / business development within the fire protection or related business.
• Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic) and understanding for contracting jargon.
• Good knowledge of Fire protection rules; design experience is a plus.
• Italian and English languages are a must; French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide level 2 technical support for Viking products to customers and staff in EMEA.
• Deliver technical trainings to contractors, end-users and specifiers.
• Promote Viking products through seminars, lunch & learns, and exhibitions.
• Support local sales to reach annual sales and margin targets.
