Job summary

Camlog Italy seeks a Finance Business Partner to coordinate accounting, reporting, controlling, tax, legal and credit controls for the subsidiary. You will report to the Camlog CFO/Head FP&A with a dotted line to the General Manager of BHCL Italy, driving performance and supporting the business.

The role emphasizes business partnering, monthly reports, KPI analysis and budgeting with SAP/Power BI across a multinational setup in Milan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Experience in a multinational company with international exposure.
• Strong finance and accounting skills with finance business partnering experience.
• Solid understanding of local finance/ accounting legislation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounting, tax, legal and credit control for the Italian subsidiary.
• Deliver monthly management and statutory reporting with accuracy.
• Provide business partnering support and KPI analysis to management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis with Central FP&A.
• Manage Power BI reporting and ERP-related tasks for finance analytics.
