Job summary

Diptyque is seeking an Italy Finance Manager / Senior Controller to establish the finance function in the Italian subsidiary and drive end-to-end financial management, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and tax compliance. The role partners with local and regional teams to ensure reliable data, strategic investments, and EBITDA performance.

Responsibilities include defining processes, coordinating with external accounting partners, implementing reporting systems, and leading the local finance team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior finance role within luxury retail.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, performance analysis and P&L management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure tax compliance and local GAAP closings with CPA.
• Partner with commercial, supply chain and HR teams to drive profitability.
• Coordinate external audits and manage internal controls.
