Group Lotus is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide advanced technical support across our Italian Dealer network. You will lead on complex vehicle issues, support difficult repairs, and help dealers strengthen their technical capability in a hands-on field role based in Milan.

Working closely with Lotus Head Office, you will diagnose faults, coach dealer technicians, and contribute to improving first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Field Service Engineer or similar Aftersales role.
• Strong diagnostic capability across electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to coach Dealer technicians and communicate with customers.
• Willingness to travel regularly and hold a driving license.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on technical support to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle faults.
• Assist Dealers with difficult or repeat repairs where diagnostics are not conclusive.
• Analyse field data and repair histories to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Head Office Technical Support to escalate issues.
• Guide repair methods, diagnostics, and fault-finding techniques.
• Coach Dealer technicians to raise diagnostic capability and repair quality.
• Offer field insights to Warranty and Quality teams and support investigations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Aftersales processes.
