CATL in Italy seeks a Program Manager to lead ESS projects, ensuring schedule, quality, cost and risk are controlled while coordinating internal teams and onsite PMs. You will engage overseas energy storage customers, coordinate critical meetings, and drive cross-department collaboration to deliver complex solutions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, strong English, 3+ years in PM, and overseas experience preferred; ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and maintain proactive

Responsibilities:

• 1、Connect with overseas energy storage customers and related companies in UK, build good relationship and identify needs and explore high-value potential project opportunities;
• 2、Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and coordinating the highlight issues at customer side;
• 3、Enhance the coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of the face-to-face communication with customers;
• 4、Coordinate internal resource, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to figure out the qualification and customer engagement;
• 5、Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to guarantee reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, and resolve the problems across multiple departments;
• 6、Establish program team, and initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and be responsible for the program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk;
• 7、Manage the onsite PM team, with proper training to improve the capability of the team members.

Requirement:

• Education：Bachelor degree or above；
• Skills：good at communication, with good logic, capable on data analysis and report writing；
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience for PM; Oversea working experience is prior consideration; Be familiar with ESS project business mode and development, priority consideration will be given to 2 years above experience on electric power/utility, ESS, Li-ion battery;
• Language：Proficient in English
