AECOM seeks a senior, strategic energy leader to grow our energy business in Italy. You will drive market development, client relationships, and technical leadership in engineering and environmental services for key energy players.

The role focuses on renewables, energy transmission, distribution, and storage with emphasis on sustainability and energy transition. The Energy Leader will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, interact with stakeholders, and lead recruitment to strengthen AECOM’s

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering (Energy, Environmental, or Electrical) and registration with the Order of Engineers.
• At least 10 years of experience in the energy sector, including renewable energy production.
• Strong leadership and strategic business development capabilities.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the Italian market, including authorization processes and grid connections.
