Elitech is seeking a hunter-style Key Account Manager to drive sales of its full data logger and IoT monitoring portfolio across Italy's cold chain sector. You will map the market, develop customer-specific sales strategies, and execute on the ground to convert prospects into long-term, repeat customers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B sales in the local market, proven data logger or IoT device experience in cold chain sectors, and willingness to travel domestically.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the local market.
• 3+ years of experience in cold chain-related industries; proven selling data loggers / IoT devices is preferred.
• Fluent in the local language with good English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Drive sales of Elitech's full product portfolio, focusing on cold chain data loggers and IoT monitoring systems.
• Map and penetrate Italy's cold chain market across food processing, logistics, storage, 3PL, pharma distribution, and retail refrigeration.
• Develop and grow customer relationships by replacing incumbents and expanding market share through volume sales of data loggers and monitoring hardware.
• Develop tailored sales strategies for different customer segments, from high-volume USB logger deployments to enterprise-grade wireless monitoring systems.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends; provide market intelligence to adjust pricing, positioning and tactics.
• Represent Elitech at industry trade shows to generate leads and close deals.
