BYD Europe is seeking a Distributor Manager to lead channel development across European markets from Italy. You will evaluate/distribute distributor networks, plan promotions, and drive overseas channel expansion for BYD Energy Storage products.

The role requires strong English, MS Excel expertise, and a proactive, globally mobile mindset. Travel across regions to cultivate partnerships and optimize channel performance within a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in European renewable energy industry.
• English proficiency; Chinese a plus.
• MS Office/Excel; database querying experience valued.

Job Responsibilities：

• 1. Distributor Management:
  • Evaluating new distributor candidates and classifying current distributors for optimization or replacement to enhance channel quality.
  • Managing credit terms and monitoring pricing compliance to maintain channel health.
• 2. Distributor Policy Planning and Execution:
  • Refining distributor management framework and processes.
  • Designing and implementing product promotions, incentive policies, and performance calculation to boost efficiency and sales.
• 3. Channel Strategy Development:
  • Developing overseas channel expansion strategies and sales plans aligned with market dynamics and product positioning.
• 4. Channel Maintenance:
  • Identifying and mitigating risks in overseas channel expansion, including market and partnership risks.
  • Strengthening distributor relationships through improved management and effective channel policies.

Qualifications and Experience：

• 1.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the European renewable energy industry. Familiarity with the processes of channel development and maintenance in Europe.
• 2.Language Skills: Proficiency in English for effective communication within the company and with distributors. Knowledge of Chinese is a great advantage.
• 3.Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with database querying and management is a plus.
• 4.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Enthusiasm for learning new things, reliability.
• 5.Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel globally.
