Job summary

A six-month curricular internship at Amplifon in Milan begins in November 2026. You will join the Commercial Planning Team to support cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, international environment, gaining empowerment and growth opportunities from day one.

In this role you will work on sales forecasting, KPI tracking, and portfolio analyses, with a focus on data analytics and Power BI. Strong Excel skills and bilingual English/Italian are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Background in Statistics, Management Engineering or Economics with data analytics focus.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot, macros, statistics formulas).
• Knowledge of Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales forecast processes, review trends, and communicate risks/opportunities.
• Monitor sales trends versus budget and forecasts.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as Conversion Rate and Average Selling Price.
• Deep dive into customer types or market mix to define targeted actions.
• Develop and share portfolio analyses and forecasts based on variables.

Italy Business Planning Curricular Internship |Starting date: November 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Italian Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Commercial Planning Team supporting on cross-functional projects and working in close contact with the business. We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Supporting the sales forecast processes, periodically reviewing trends and timely identifying and communicating risks and opportunities deviating from the original forecast.
• Monitoring sales trends versus budget and forecasts.
• Keeping track and analysing all main sales KPIs, such as Conversion Rate and Average Selling Price, aiming at optimizing both growth and productivity.
• Carrying out deep dives focusing on customer types or market mix to get a more detailed view of business trends and define targeted actions.
• Developing and sharing regular portfolio analysis, along with forecasts about targets achievements based on different variables.

You are the right person if:

• Have a background in Statistics, Management Engineering or Economics with focus on data analytics or similar;
• Are Fluent in English and Italian;
• Have a proactive attitude and are able to handle multiple projects at time;
• Have a knowledge of Power BI, in addition SQL knowledge will be considered as a plus.
• Are proficient with Microsoft Officepackage, with a good knowledge of Excel (pivot, macro, statistics formulas)
• Have the ability to maintain attention to details.

• 6 months internshipin our Italy Headquarters located in Via Vezza d’Oglio 7.
• 1000€ gross monthly reimbursement and daily meal vouchers (8€ ticket restaurants).
• Fulltime experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!).
