Amplifon is seeking a motivated student for a curricular internship in the Italy Network Development team in Milan, starting December 2026, for six months. You will support defining network coverage, interact with Retail Excellence and Sales teams, and help maximize store performance and profitability.

Italy Network Development Internship | Curricular Internship | 6 months | Milan | Start date: December 2026

For our Italy Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Italy Network Development team supporting the manager in the definition of the ideal Network coverage in terms of stores, personnel, and business models to maximize penetration and profitability. The resource will interact daily with the Retail Excellence and Sales teams and have strong connections with the other departments and Global teams.

You'll be in charge of:

• New store activities economic evaluation and prioritization;


• Market and network reporting and analysis using and matching multiple data sources, both internal and external;


• Analyze and monitor key competitors’ performances developing insights, reports and map-based analyses to identify opportunities and support business planning and decision-making;


• Monthly network development reporting;


• Store network ideal staffing definition and recruiting needs prioritization.

You are the right person if:

• Have a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields;


• Speak Italian and English fluently;


• Have a good knowledge of Excel, together with an analytical attitude and strong problem-solving skills;


• Possess attention to detail, are able to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks;


• Are tech-savvy, organized and responsive to internal and external customer requests.
