Amplifon in Milan is offering a Global FP&A Curricular Internship starting November 2026 for 6 months. You will join the FP&A team at the Global Headquarters in Milan and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and profitability analyses.

The program emphasizes hands-on involvement from day one, with a 1000€ monthly gross stipend, a hybrid work arrangement, and opportunities for development through learning platforms and training.

Qualifications

• A graduate student in Finance, Economics, Statistics or similar.
• Fluent English.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Positive and proactive attitude, able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Organized and responsive to requests in a timely manner.
• Confident interacting with all organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting and budgeting processes at a global level.

• Analyze store-level P&L performance across Amplifon’s global retail network to identify profitability improvements.
• Partner with business leaders as a financial advisor for country and corporate stakeholders.

Global Financial Planning & Analysis Curricular Internship | starting date: November 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team the Finance department division.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Support monthly Forecasting & Budgeting processes on global level
• Assists functions with Reporting and KPIs to support the achievement of financial targets
• Analyze store-level Profit & Loss performance across Amplifon's global retail network to identify profitability improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders and act as a key financial advisor for both country and corporate stakeholders, providing guidance on financial performance, strategic decisions, new business models, and investment evaluations.
• Support the development of performance analytics, financial models and business insights to drive revenue growth, margin improvement and productivity initiatives.

You are the right person if you:

• Are a graduate student in Finance, Economics, Statistics or similar
• Speak English fluently.
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Possess a positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail.
• Are able to set priorities and manage and a variety of tasks.
• Have a natural inclination to be organized and responsive to requests in a timely manner.
• Are confident to interact with all levels of the organization.
