Amplifon is seeking a proactive Global IT Governance & Strategy Intern for our Milan headquarters. You will support the team in shaping the IT Global Strategic Plan and in adopting Procure to Pay processes, while collaborating on vendor management and internal digitalization efforts via ServiceNow.

The role combines learning with hands-on responsibility, offering exposure to a multinational, multicultural environment and a structured internship program.

Competenze

• Background in Management Engineering, Economics, or Management.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Support the preparation of the IT Global Strategic Plan from functional and economic perspectives.
• Assist in adopting the Global IT Procure to Pay process and ensure proper escalation.

Global IT Governance & Strategy Internship | Start date: October 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global IT Governance & Strategy team, supporting our Global IT Governance & Strategy Manager. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You’ll be in charge of

• Supporting and coadiuvating the preparation of the IT Global Strategic Plan under both a functional and an economical standpoint. You’ll be part of the team in charge of co-design and represent how our IT organization will invest and operate among the next yearsat global level;
• Cooperating and supporting central team in the adoption of the Global IT Procure to Pay process. You’ll act as a pivot in day-by-day activities, guaranteeing effectiveness and the correct escalation on relevant topics;
• Supporting the team in the Vendor Management processes. You’ll embrace an internal innovation journey aimed at digitalize, trough ServiceNow, the way we manage our sourcing contracts.

You are the right person if

• Have a background in Management Engineering, Economics, Management or similar;
• Speak Italian and English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams;
• Enjoy working on an energetic, and fun team and have a clear ability to drive the growth;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with various stakeholders;
• Are confident in using Excel and PowerPoint.

• 1000€ gross monthly reimbursement;
• Fulltime experience. Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!);
