Emeren Group Ltd in Milan is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support rapid growth in our solar and storage portfolio. You will work alongside senior team members and interface with engineering, legal and financial colleagues to ensure delivery targets are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Engineering and has 1+ year of Italian solar/BESS project development experience, with knowledge of the Italian electricity market and permitting.

Competenze

• Master's degree in engineering (environmental, civil or similar).
• 1+ years of solar PV/BESS project development experience in Italy.
• Electrotechnical knowledge in renewable energy infrastructures.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Knowledge of Italian electricity market and permitting regulations.

Mansioni

• Manage projects and interface with engineering, legal and financial teams to meet delivery times.
• Develop projects up to RTB status, including site visits, risk assessments, vendor management and permitting.
• Control development budget and monitor costs.
• Report project progress within the pipeline.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
• Support proposal preparation including due diligence and technical advisory.
• Prepare and manage specifications, tenders, negotiations and contract selections (Engineering, Procurement, O&M, EPC).
• Attend meetings and represent Emeren according to the company code of conduct.
