Enerland in Milan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of photovoltaic and energy storage projects from contract award through commissioning. You will report to the Global Operations Manager and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You should have a strong technical background in solar energy, at least five years of PV project construction management experience, and be comfortable traveling across sites in Italy and

Competenze

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing photovoltaic construction projects.
• Strong solar energy technical background and utility-scale project experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and planning.
• Willingness to travel across Italian sites and elsewhere in Europe.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with the contractual scope from kick-off to completion.
• Lead project activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and control timelines, costs, resources, and risks.
• Optimize construction processes for efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and support the Global Operations Manager.
• Manage budgets and subcontractor scopes; oversee documentation and permits.
• Supervise all phases up to commissioning and handover.
