Enerland in Milan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of photovoltaic and energy storage projects from contract award through commissioning. You will report to the Global Operations Manager and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You should have a strong technical background in solar energy, at least five years of PV project construction management experience, and be comfortable traveling across sites in Italy and

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing photovoltaic construction projects.
• Strong solar energy technical background and utility-scale project experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and planning.
• Willingness to travel across Italian sites and elsewhere in Europe.

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Milan. Report to the Global Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of photovoltaic/BESS projects from contract award through construction and final handover.

• Ensure full compliance with the contractual scope agreed with the client and manage the project from kick-off to completion.
• Lead, coordinate, and manage project activities with the support of assigned internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, costs, resources, and risks to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Optimize construction processes to achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining quality and cost control.
• Prepare and deliver periodic project progress reports according to established requirements.
• Support and advise the Global Operations Manager on technical, operational, and contractual matters.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation for engineering and construction activities, and define scopes for subcontractors.
• Manage relationships with main subcontractors during the construction phase.
• Verify that project documentation complies with all applicable regulations, permits, and standards.
• Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved designs, licenses, and authorizations.
• Supervise all project phases until commissioning and handover to the client.
• Manage project close-out procedures with both the client and public administration.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures related to quality, environmental management, health & safety, and waste management.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment where people feel part of a shared objective.
• Education: Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing the construction of photovoltaic projects as Project Manager.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical background in solar energy; proven experience in utility-scale projects is essential.
• Tools: Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Travel: Availability to travel across construction sites in Italy.
• Availability to travel across construction sites in other European countries.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
