Enemix in Milan is expanding its Italy team and seeks two Business Development Managers to own land acquisition through financial close for PV and BESS projects. You will engage landowners, municipalities, and grid operators, coordinating across technical, financial and legal colleagues to deliver projects from origination to operation.

Fluent Italian and strong English are required, with a proactive, autonomous style.

Competenze

• 7 years in renewable energy project development (PV preferred)
• Full lifecycle experience from land acquisition through to financial close
• Confident negotiating with landowners and coordinating grid/municipality meetings
• Financially literate with IRR-focused decision making
• Fluent Italian and strong English; comfortable communicating with senior management
• Proactive, autonomous working style within a close-knit team

Mansioni

• Lead land acquisition and stakeholder engagement with landowners, municipalities and grid operators
• Navigate planning and permitting processes independently with local authorities
• Coordinate across technical, financial and legal teams as projects progress toward close
• Manage project economics including sources/uses and IRR impact of layout changes
• Support route-to-market definition, EPC strategy and financial close preparation
• Work on both advanced-stage legacy assets and new greenfield origination in northern Italy
