Job summary

Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with the management of orders from Italian and international wholesale clients during sales campaign periods.
Update customer records and commercial data within the company's databases.
Prepare and review business documents and communications for partners and clients.
Coordinate office activities, including data collection, PowerPoint presentations, and data extraction.
Support the preparation of commercial reports and sales data analysis.
Archive and manage administrative and commercial documentation.
Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and activities for commercial partners.
