Sherwin-Williams is seeking an Area Sales Representative to drive sustainable growth for the High Performance Flooring (HPF) business in Italy. The role involves managing and expanding flooring accounts, developing new business, and coordinating pricing across regions to win large national floor coating projects.

The candidate should have deep flooring product knowledge, strong project management and negotiation skills, and be able to travel 50%+ to cover end users and contractors.

• Knowledge of the Construction industry, manufacturing and processing particularly the food and beverage industry.
• In-depth knowledge of flooring products.

Mansioni

• Drive sustainable profitable growth in HPF in Italy ensuring annual Sales budgets are met and exceeded through effective sales management.
• Manage existing flooring accounts by geography with the expectation to grow sales annually ensuring that plans are achieved and exceeded.
• Develop Maintenance Repair Operations projects whilst managing high-value Commercial Flooring end-user relationships to grow sales, margin, and market share.
