CBTALENTS in Lisbon is seeking an Italian Technical Support Specialist to assist Italian-speaking clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. The role requires strong troubleshooting and clear communication to ensure a seamless service experience.

You will work 40 hours per week on-site under a Portuguese employment contract, with relocation support provided. Training on Microsoft products will equip you to handle client issues effectively.
