CBTALENTS in Lisbon is looking for an Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. You will handle troubleshooting and ensure a smooth service experience for Italian-speaking customers.

This is a full-time on-site role with 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, and it includes training on Microsoft products and holiday bonuses under a Portuguese employment contract. Fluency in Italian C2 and English B2 is required.

Competenze

• Italian language requirement: C2; English: B2.
• Experience in IT product support.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts.
