CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. The role involves troubleshooting, documenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.

Training on Microsoft products is provided, and you will work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts under a Portuguese contract. This on-site position in Lisbon, Portugal, offers a training pathway and holiday bonuses, supporting career growth in a dynamic IT

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (B2) to support clients.
