CBTALENTS is hiring an Italian Technical Support Specialist to assist Italian-speaking clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. The role involves troubleshooting and ensuring a smooth experience with IT services.

You will receive training on Microsoft products, work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, and benefit from holiday bonuses under a Portuguese contract.

Competenze

• Italian C2 and English B2 required.
• Experience in IT support preferred.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.
