Next Job Abroad is seeking Italian-speaking customer support professionals to join a high-end brand in Greece. You’ll help customers choose styling attachments or smart devices, troubleshoot gadgets, and assist with orders while enjoying an international, vibrant lifestyle.

You’ll be part of a tech-obsessed team, receive two weeks of paid accommodation, and relocation support as you settle into Greece. This is a remote-friendly role with on-site onboarding and lab access to try products

Competenze

• Native or fluent Italian (C1+) with good English for internal training.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality.

Mansioni

• Be the Brand Oracle: assist Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat; help with hair styling attachments or smart vacuum devices.
• Get Hands-On With Cool Tech: troubleshoot gadgets, handle order tracking, and after-sales questions.
• Deliver Good Energy: create positive, helpful customer interactions.
• Keep It Seamless: navigate a digital support ecosystem and update customer records.
