Qualifications

• MADRELINGUA ITALIANA (o fluente)
• INGLESE livello B2 o superiore
• Esperienza in customer service, supporto tecnico o vendite è un vantaggio
• Alcune squadre richiedono almeno 6 mesi di esperienza in vendite
• Ottime capacità comunicative ed ascolto attivo
• Buone competenze informatiche e uso di dispositivi mobili
• Capacità di lavorare in turni e nei weekend
• Disponibilità a lavorare on-site ad Atene, Grecia

Responsibilities

• Gestire richieste in ingresso al telefono e, se necessario, via email
• Fornire assistenza tecnica su internet TV e connettività mobile
• Gestire questioni di fatturazione, abbonamenti, ordini e account
• Risoluzione problemi e fornire soluzioni chiare ed efficaci
• Supportare attività di vendita, includendo cross-selling e rinnovi contrattuali
• Mantenere registri accurati delle interazioni con i clienti e raggiungere gli obiettivi di servizio

We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Agents to join an international team in Athens, supporting customers of a leading telecommunications provider. You will handle inquiries mainly by phone, with some email support, resolve technical and account issues, and recommend relevant products and services to give every customer a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone and, where required, email
• Provide technical assistance with internet, television, mobile connectivity and account access
• Assist customers with billing, payments, subscriptions, orders and account-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions
• Support sales activities, including cross-selling, upselling and contract renewals
• Handle customer retention requests and identify suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
• Meet individual and team targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
• Work with colleagues to keep service quality high

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (minimum C1)
• English at B2 level or higher
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support or sales is an advantage
• Some specialised teams require at least 6 months of sales experience
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Good computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices
• Customer-oriented mindset and effective problem-solving skills
• Able to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
• Willing to work on-site in Athens, Greece
