Cbtalents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Representative for a fully remote role based in Greece, supporting a premium European project. The role focuses on assisting Italian-speaking customers with product information, orders and payments, and technical support in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, contribute to sales and after-sales support, and ensure accurate recording of interactions while working within Greece's remote

Competenze

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Must be based in Greece (mandatory for remote work).
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently abroad.
