Aman Venice is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to provide technical support for all hotel systems and facilities. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Team, taking leadership during operations and handling complex maintenance tasks across guest rooms and public areas.

Competenze

Experience in electrical, mechanical and plumbing maintenance.
Ability to respond quickly to guest room breakdowns.
Willingness to act as shift-in-charge when supervisor is unavailable.

Mansioni

Perform skilled repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in the hotel.
Assist in preventive maintenance activities under supervisor guidance.
Support maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
Handle electrical repairs such as sockets, switches, lights, and fuses.
Repair plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and fixtures.
Maintain tools and equipment in safe condition.
Record maintenance logs, spare parts usage, and problem reports.
Respond to engineering requests from other departments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workshop and tools.
Report abnormalities in equipment and building structure.
Support fire & life safety tests including alarms and pumps.
Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
