100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support agent to start or develop a career in a fully remote role based in Greece, with a fully paid relocation package.

You will work with an international team, assisting Italian-speaking customers via phone, email or chat and learning our internal tools. No prior professional experience is required, and the role offers an initial training program within a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Good communication skills.
• Positive, customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• No previous professional experience required.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with their questions and requests.
• Provide support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Help customers with account, product or service-related enquiries.
• Resolve basic issues and guide customers toward the right solution.
• Use internal systems and digital tools to manage customer requests.
• Maintain a friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Work alongside an international team.
