This entry-level role welcomes applicants with no professional experience, offering full-time employment, fully paid relocation, and remote work from anywhere in Greece. You will assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, resolve basic issues, and guide users to the right solutions while maintaining a friendly, professional approach.

Formación

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• No previous professional experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with their questions and requests.
• Provide support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Help customers with account, product or service-related enquiries.
• Resolve basic issues and guide customers toward the right solution.
• Use internal systems and digital tools to manage customer requests.
• Maintain a friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Work alongside an international team.
